At Indissa, we strive to ensure timely and smooth delivery of your orders, whether they are made-to-order or standard pieces. Our typical delivery times are as follows:
- Within Bangalore: 5-7 business days.
- Outside Bangalore (Across India): 7-14 business days.
For the Runway Collection, we have a delivery timeline of approximately **30 days**. Due to the highly personalized nature of these services, which include in-depth consultations, sketch approvals, fabric sourcing, and precise tailoring, the time required can extend beyond the standard timeline. 4. Shipment Confirmation:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Indissa is committed to ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if a product is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us directly so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. We recommend retaining all packaging and damaged goods for any claims process.
