At Indissa, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- For appointments where payment has been made: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee of 20% of the total service cost.
- For appointments where payment has not yet been made: We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations can affect our scheduling and availability. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may require a 20% deposit for any future appointments, which will be applied to your next service if scheduled within the next 3 months.
Confidentiality Clause:
We value your privacy. All personal information and results from our body shape analysis services are kept confidential. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Client Responsibilities:
To ensure the best possible outcomes from our personalized services, we ask that clients provide accurate measurements and complete any required pre-service questionnaires. It is also important to attend scheduled appointments on time.

Indissa reserves the right to update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
