Service Agreement and Payment Terms for Personalized Services
At Indissa, we take pride in offering personalized services such as color analysis, body shape analysis, bespoke designs, and concept wardrobe services. To ensure clarity and fairness, we request that clients carefully review the following terms before proceeding with any booking:
Booking and Payment Options:
For our Ready-to-Wear pieces, you can choose to pay as you check out—whether online or with Cash on Delivery (COD), whatever suits you best!
When it comes to our personalized services like Bespoke services, color analysis, body shape analysis, or styling consultations, payment for the session can be made upfront or at the end—whichever feels more convenient. However, if you’re planning to move forward with custom garments or a concept wardrobe:
- We’ll walk you through the full analysis during the session, discussing your unique lifestyle, fabric choices, and design details, from embroidery to painting.
- After we’ve finalized your preferences, we’ll provide you with a quote for the garments.
- Once you’re ready to move forward, we kindly ask for full payment upfront to begin crafting your custom pieces.
- Your garments will be lovingly made and delivered according to the timeline and details we agree on during your session.
We’re here to ensure the process is seamless, from the initial consultation to the moment you receive your custom creations!
Full Payment Requirement:
Once the service has been initiated—such as consultations, sketches, or the delivery of analysis reports—the full payment becomes due and non-refundable. This ensures that the time, expertise, and effort invested in tailoring these services to your unique preferences are fairly compensated. Full payment must be completed by the end of the service, whether it is paid upfront or at the time of delivery.
Acknowledgment of Services Rendered:
Upon completion of the service (e.g., after the delivery of body shape analysis, or bespoke designs), clients will be asked to provide written or digital confirmation of receipt. This acknowledgment helps us ensure that the service was delivered and understood as per the agreement.
Service Completion Timeline:
For bespoke services and concept wardrobe services, delivery timelines will vary depending on the complexity of the design, the number of garments, and other factors discussed during the consultation stage. Timelines will be communicated and agreed upon before production begins.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute regarding services rendered, clients may contact us directly to discuss any concerns. Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed or are in progress unless exceptional circumstances arise, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Liability Limitation:
While we provide expert advice and analysis through our personalized services, Indissa is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the analysis results (such as color analysis or body shape analysis) if the client chooses not to follow the recommendations. Our services are designed to showcase your unique style and preferences, but results may vary based on personal interpretation and adherence to our suggestions.
Travel and Off-Site Consultations:
For services that require our team to travel (e.g., for a consultation in a location such as Hyderabad), clients will be responsible for covering the travel costs. The travel fee will be calculated based on distance and time. Payment for both travel and the consultation must be made prior to the session.
