At Indissa, we understand that shopping for our unique creations is a special experience, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist you with our Refund and Return Policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how returns and refunds work for our unique creations.
1. General Return Policy:
- We gladly accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For personalized services, once the service has been initiated (e.g., consultations, sketches, or delivery of analysis reports), the full payment becomes due and non-refundable.
2. Return Process:
You can return products by visiting our website. Go to your orders, select the item you wish to return, and initiate the return process directly through the site. Please note that customized pieces are non-returnable.
To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact our customer service team at [support@indissa.in]. Include your order number and the reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a non-customised item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or Personalized Products: Products that are customized, made-to-order, or personalized specifically for the customer cannot be returned. This includes items that have been tailored, altered, or created to meet specific customer requirements, such as special sizing, unique fabric selections, monogramming, or design alterations.
- Exceptions: If there is a defect in manufacturing (e.g., stitching issues, fabric damage, or wrong product sent), customers are eligible for a return or exchange within the 7-day return window. In such cases, proof of the defect, such as photographs or videos, may be required to verify the issue.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. For returns due to damage or defects, Indissa will cover the shipping costs.
